How do I place an order?

- Browse our Collections to find your preferred design.

To pay by Credit or Debit card as well as a Paypal account:-

- Select the quantity of each card you require and "Add to Basket".

- When you have chosen all the stationery make your payment using our secure online Shopping basket.

- A Paypal account is not required to make a payment.

To pay by cheque:-

- Select the link to our interactive Order Form.

- Select the reference number of your chosen design together with the quantity required and whether you would like insert sheets.

- To finalise your order please print out the Order Form by selecting the ‘Print Order Form’ button and send it to us together with your full payment.  Please make cheques payable to Claire Furner.

How long will it take to receive my order?

- Generally orders will be dispatched within 7 to 10 days from receipt of full payment, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Can I get a sample Wedding Invitation?

- Yes.  We can provide Wedding Invitation samples of your preferred designs.  These are provided at a charge of £1 each.  Up to 5 samples can be provided free of postage charge.  If additional samples are required postage will be payable.

- To order samples with a Credit/Debit card or a Paypal account please select the sample request "Add to basket" button on your chosen design pages.

- To pay by cheque please use our Sample Request Form.

How much is the delivery cost?

- For orders within the UK postage and packing is at a rate of £5.95 for orders less than £100 and for orders over £100 the rate is £8.95.

- For overseas delivery please provide the delivery address and we can confirm a cost prior to ordering.

Do you provide personalised Wedding Invitations?

- We provide a personalised Wedding Invitation service locally to Basingstoke.

- We are unable to offer a personalised Wedding Invitation service online.

Do you show your Invitations at Wedding Fairs?

- We occasionally show our Wedding Invitations at selected Wedding Fairs local to Basingstoke.  Please contact us to get our current show dates.

What sizes and design are the various cards?

- The size of the Day Invitation is shown on each of the detail pages.  Generally the Order of Service cards are the same size.  The Evening Invitations (Wedding Party), Thank you cards and Reply cards are generally the same size as each other but smaller than the Day Invitation.  Place cards are sized to suit a table setting.  All cards in a particular range will have a similar design to the Day Invitation.  Some Evening Invitation Cards come with the wording Wedding Party instead of Evening Invitation.  Please contact us prior to ordering if this is important to you.

- A typical set can be seen on Invitation Reference IN 503 or IN 529.

- Please contact us if you would like to know the sizes prior to ordering.

Do you provide Reply Cards for all designs?

- Not all designs have a matching Reply Card.  Please refer to the individual detail pages for availability.

- Other general Reply Cards and RSVP Cards can be seen on our Reply Cards page.  These compliment well all our designs.

9.

How do I print my own insert sheets?

- You can print your own insert sheets on our pre cut paper using any standard computer and printer equipment.  Alternatively you can print on your own paper and cut these to size.

- Please see our Wordings page for some suggestions for suitable invitation formats.
